About this role
To support the Events (F&B) Manager in the day-to-day operational and financial management of the Club’s food & beverage operations, specifically, the management of the Club restaurants and bars. To develop our people and services including overseeing the training and induction of staff. To take responsibility for the Club catering operations and the improvement of service standards compliant with Hospitality Assured and the Club’s ongoing drive for continued improvement. To oversee member events and Club Secretary’s lunches, supervise bars, events conferences and all areas of the F&B operation. To administer the department under the direction of the Events (F&B) manager and be responsible for the management over-sight of 3 Assistant F&B Managers and 2 Junior F&B Managers
