The Position
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading our highly motivated and focused Kitchen Brigade, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest Ingredients at this prestigious contract in Central London.

- Proven experience in a Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel environment
- Excellent people skills, able to lead and develop a team
- Passion about food and customer service
- Superb culinary skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- High standards and be quality driven
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
